At Graypevine, we strive to provide high-quality educational tools and training experiences for our learners. We value your trust and are committed to being transparent about our refund process.

1. Evaluation Purchases

Non-Refundable: All purchases of evaluation tests (single, double, or multiple packs) are non-refundable once payment is completed.

This is because evaluation tests are digital products that provide immediate value upon purchase.

2. Subscription Plans

  • Monthly Subscriptions:
    Refunds are not provided once a monthly subscription is activated.
    You may cancel anytime, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.


  • Yearly Subscriptions:
    If canceled within the first 7 days of purchase and no extensive use of the platform (e.g., completing multiple full practice exams) has occurred, a partial refund may be considered.
    After 7 days, refunds are not available, but you may cancel to avoid renewal.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the platform or using purchased services, please contact our Support Team at contact@graypevine.com.

After reviewing the case, we may issue either:

  • An extension of access, or
  • A credit/refund (only if the issue cannot be resolved on our end).


4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
